When I run stairs/toboggan slides, I can get my HR easily over 200 (NOT that I EVER recommend that people!)

I'm curious as to what you do & how intense you go esp. if it's over 30 minutes, of High Intensity Intervals?

LOL ok this is what I do:
Tredmill- 20-30 min. inc. 0 speed 3.2 fr 1 min. and one min. @ 10mph 0 inc.

then I do the interval on the stationary... 1 min @ 90 RPM, 1 min @ 130rpm

then the elliptical : intervals program except the ramp is ALL THE way up. 1 min @ 80 (i dunno what its called...like spins maybe?) then when the intensity changes... 1min @ resistance 7 @ 140 spins.

I hope that explains it...anyway... by the end, I am seriouslly dripping in water. ITS GROSS . I check my HR once in a while... It ranges between 150-180. :)

**You feeling up to "the day" today??? ONE MORE DAY TILL FRIDAYYY

p.s. NO WAY in hell have I ever been @ 200 HR
 
10am:
1/2c raw oats
6 egg whites
3/4 scoop vanilla protein
splenda/cinnamon
2TBS sf jelly

1pm:
1/2c pineapple
3/4c ff cottage cheese :p

4pm:
6oz. chicken breast grilled
1tbs olive oil, mrs.dash
3/4c roasted sweet/red potato

6pm:
1/2 banana
1 slice ww bread
4oz. turkey breast
1tsp. miracle whip
lettuce

GYM---
triceps:
dips: 12, 8, 8
skull crushers: 40lbs x 8 4 sets
pull down: 25lbs x 8 4 sets
overhead: 25lbs x 8 3 sets

shoulders:
military press: 20lbsx8, 15lbsx8 x 3
upright rows: 40lbsx8 sets
side raise: 10lbs x 8 4 sets
front raise: 15lbs x 8 4 sets
shrugs: 35lbs x 3 sets of 8
rear delts: 50lbsx 8 3 sets

9pm:
6oz. chicken breast grilled
1/4c brown rice
1/4c red kidney beans
1/4c red peppers
1/2c cucumber
1/2c tomato
*balsamic vinegar
1tbs feta

12pm:
MRP + 1 TBS NPB

I hear ya with the sweat and HIIT. I really hate those girls who don't sweat!

Intense w/the cardio- you rock!!
 
9am: 1/2 banana 1 CB :) (hello old friend)

10am: 40 min HIIT
10 min tredmil, 0 inc., 1min intervals, speed 3.0, 7.8
20 min stationary, 1 min. intervals, 90 rpm, 125rpm, level 6
10 min stair master, 30 sec intervals, level6, level 18
*15 min abs

11am:
6 egg whites
3/4 scoop vanilla whey
1/2c raw oats
splenda,cinnamon
2TBS sf jelly

1pm:
1 medium banana

4pm:
1/4c brown rice
1/2c red kidney beans
6 oz. chicken breast grilled
1tsp hot sauce
mrs. dash, italian seasoning (no msg,no salt)
1TBS olive oil

7pm:
6oz. steak grilled
12 steak fries (homeade)
2 c salad(tomato,lettuce,cucumber, b.vinegar)

10pm:
MRP

2am:
1TBS NPB

Question- what are you doing with all this? Blending it up together? Drinking it? Making a 'pancake' out of it? Eating it seperate?

CREPES.... i used to make pancakes by adding 1/2c ff cottage cheese but it was wayyy too much food. I like the 4 thin crepes instead lol :p
