~~~Aries13 2006-2007 Log~~~

9am:
30 min jog outside---should say "ATTEMPTED" to jog... my legs are ON FIRE... it hurts to walk, sit, I dont even wanna talk about stairs.

10am:
1/2c raw oats
6 egg whites
2oz. turkey breast

1pm:
1 medium orange
8 ww pretzel sticks (not the best but all I had for work)

4pm:
1/4c brown rice
1/2c red kidney beans
6oz. chicken breast (grilled)
1TBS xtra v olive oil

Saturday:

**Away for the weekend---no GYM

9:30pm:
1/2c raw oats
6 egg whites
1TBS sf jelly

12:30pm:
5oz. turkey breast
1 large apple

3:30pm:
4oz. turkey breast
2 slices ww bread
2tsp mustard
1TBS miracle whip

7pm:
1 medium twice baked russet potato
2 oz. chicken breast
4oz. top serloin steak

10pm:
MRP (whey+ 1TBS NPB)
 
IM BACK :)

**Feeling better and better every day. I wont comment on the diet for the past two days... I didnt really care too much but I wasnt stuffing mcdonald's or anything (YUCK). I had some cupcakes, lots of BBQ :), salad salad salad!!! Did I mention potato's? :)

Minor bloating today- LEGS STILL HURT from Thursday. Im not joking!!! Those lunges and step ups kicked my A$$!

Overall, not a bad weekend !

10am:

splenda, sf jelly (2TBS)

1pm:
6oz. ff yogurt
1 med. banana

4pm:
5oz. chicken breast
1/2c brown rice
1TBS teriyaki (low sugar)

7pm:
2 slices ww bread
1TBS miracle whip
lettuce
1tsp honey mustard
4oz. turkey breast

10pm:
MRP
