10:30pm:
4oz. chicken breast grilled w. mrs. dash and ~10 almond slices... sugar free orange sauce and some pepper :p

Update for friday,sat, and today. ITs not easy getting to the internet when you dont have a computer and your younger sister (who has one) is a Biatch and doesnt want me in her room. This sucks!!!! Anyway, I start work on MOnday and I think I'll be able to use the comp. a lot more ..

1small sweet potato
1/c asparagus

10pm:
3oz. turkey breast
1TBS avocado

Sunday**CHEAT+ REST day**

10am:
7egg whites
3/4c raw oats
splenda
1TBS sf jelly

12:15pm:
1/2c ff cottage cheese
3slices pineapple

3pm:
4oz. grilled chicken breast
1/4c red kidney beans
1/2c broccoli

6pm:
CHEAT MEAL
Mom made a special recipe for me :)
She had to change it for me.. I dont have the guts to eat the real thing--soo good and so fatty!!!!lol

It is ww crepes stuffed with ground cooked(boiled) chicken breast and prosciutto ham (omitting fat .. the original recipe has lots of other goodies in it... like bacon), ff and low fat sour cream,1 whole egg & seasoning... Then you fill the crepes with that and bake in oven . It is served with a creamy low fat sour cream/lf mayo/parsley/lemmon juice sauce..soooo good :p :p

Dessert:
Pistachio cake
(sf ff jello pistachio mix w. 1/2 white cake mix and lemon yogurt, frosted w. sf ff jell-o pistachio pudding)!!!!!!!!!

Diet is looking really good for summer break so far :) Way to stay on track girl!!! MMM crepes are yummy... esp those breakfast ones and sprinkle them with cinnamon and some SF syrup :p Oh no, now I am gettin hungry...again :p
