1000am- workout in my home......30minutes HIIT cardio on my treadmill (my hubby fixed it for me, yaaaay!) I can't wait until we finish the basement and build the workout room, then we can move it out of our bedroom. Aaah, someday, hopefully sooner than later.

You are doing great with the log ... Great to see the cals back up ... but they are mostly coming from fat. MAY wanna watch that a tad as you ease back into your 'routine' ... :)

Calories are looking much better, and congrats on the 2lbs loss - keep plugging away!! You are doing great!

Try and get those carbs up just a little bit so that your fat isn't such a high percentage of your daily intake!! (remember that complex carbs are not your enemy, when eaten in moderation) :chomp:

Well, this morning is off to a rough start, my husband and I were both up most of the night, our son was really sick, I think he has the stomach flu......so, no run for me today, he's home from school and still sick. I hope he gets better soon, I can't stand seeing any of my children sick or hurting. :(
