I was looking at your calories over the past week or so and you are looking a little low with the exception to Jan 25, Is due to the flu symptoms you have been experiencing?. If not, make sure to keep these bad boys up high enough. :qt:

Hi, indyswife & Ice princess, thanks for reading & the well wishes. Yes, I do believe it was the same thing you had, it was nasty and I felt like garbage. Another reason why the cals have been low. But, I decided I'm gonna kick this thing instead of letting it continute to kick my butt. HA HA HA........well time to play catch up on my journal............

Glad to hear you are feeling better!! Its does kick you in the butt so take your time and go slow!!

Trying to take it as slow as possible since I've been sick the past few weeks, but me wanting to reach my goal within the next 29 days it also making me want to kick it up a notch......one things for sure I definately don't want to get sick again. I even took out my expensive pair of "hott skinny" jeans and hung them on a hanger from my dresser to remind me of my goal. I hope it helps.....being here and all the great encouragement from my husband & all of you wonderful ladies & of course the motivation it gives me definately helps.....thanks again!
