1 pancake w/2tbs sugar-fee syrup
6oz milk
2 scrambled eggs
8oz water

145pm-1 slice ww bread
turkey
2 thin slices tomato
1 lettuce leaf
4oz white cranberry
16oz water

on the road 300pm-rice krispie treat
protein shake
20oz water

on the road 700pm- tuna sandwich on 2 slices ww bread
large carrot (raw)
pickle
16.9oz water

800 pm-large cappucchino

TOTALS: 1,155 cals; Fat-39g (31%); Carbs-131g (44%); Protein-70g (25%)

I don't know what I did but my back hurts so da** bad!! I don't know how to explain it other than the back pains I had when having a baby, except not as intense. It's on the right side of my back, I've never pulled a muscle so I don't know what it's like, but my hubby said that might be what it is. :worried: Well, I'll update the stuff in fitday and post the totals tomorrow. I'm going to take a hot jacuzzi bath and go lay down for the night. Hope everyone has had a wonderful day. Ciao!

Staterd feeling pretty sh!**y around lunchtime, I feel like I'm "falling apart!" Headache turned into a migrane and by the time hubby got home (around 530pm) I felt like I was getting the flu, went straight to bed and woke up around 830pm.

830pm- 1 slice pep pizza
6-8 cut carrot sticks (approx 1 lg carrot)
20oz water

TOTALS: 914 calories; Fat-27g (28%); Carbs-103g (42%); Protein-66g (30%)
 
Today- 25 Jan 2006

Still not feeling 100% today. I wonder if getting the flu shot last week gave me a mild case of it. Tired & achey, upset stomach, dizzy, you know, all the symptoms. Going to try to get my cals and protein up again, we'll see how it works today.

Yep, the flu shot can do that (that's why I don't get them!). Hope you're feeling better!

That's what I've heard, go figure! :rolleyes: I am feeling quite a bit better, but now it's that time of the month (not that anyone wanted to know, sorry) and I'm just achey and tired; had to drag myself out of bed this morning.
