advice on warm up

Hi guys I tend to have muscle injuries very easy, I'm 45 years old I guess my age has a lot to do with it. I have decided to start lifting to harden up my flaccid muscle, would you mind giving me a warm up routine before lifting to avoid injuries? thank you.
 
muscle injuries are 100% due to working a cold muscle or stretching it pre workout or lifting too much weight causing a tear

remember to warm up BEFORE weight training, and stretch AFTER only .. also don't lift too much weight, we have seen a lot of idiots tear biceps and pecs being dumb

It depends on what muscle group is being worked
