OK I'm a guy, but I thought this would be the best place to get an answer to this question. I'm thinking about becoming a personal trainer once I get out of the military, but I have no clue how women train. I know it isn't all that much different, but I was just curious as to some of the differences, and wanted to see some of what methods worked for you ladies. Any type of program (for any goal) would be helpful.
