4 weeks til Figure competion

Hi, What do you ladies eat 4 weeks prior to your comp? I'm doing a Figure Comp. in 4 weeks and eat very clean, 5-6 meals a day mainly protein/fibrous carbs, some complex carbs after I workout and flax oil. I have a pure protein bar or a prot. shake but am wondering if I should cut these Meal replacement foods out entirely and eat only real food? Also drinking 1 gal. of H20 and 1-2 cups of coffee. Any suggestions?? Thanks, Mrs. JNUTS
 
If you want to get lean I would cut out the protein bars..what is your carb intake like? I would stick with chicken, tuna, egg whites and fish. Eat lots of veggies...and keep H20 intake to around 1-2 gallons. How are you training? Cardio? Keep flax oil and olive oil in your diet...1-2 tbsp a day.
