Incline DB press - worked to the 100's for set of 10
Machine incline press - worked to 335 for a set of 6


Cardio.....HIIT.....200 cals in 12 minutes

5 grams Creatine
6 Grams Glutamine
500 mg Vit C
1 gram Taurine
99 mg Potassium
