3/17/05

same exact meals as the past logged meals except 3rd meal at 1:00 will be my turkey slices and natty PB instead of those "unscheduled meals" that I snuck in there earlier in the week and last week.

I just had another 1/2c. of heart to heart cereal for some carbs. I was feeling a little weak and light headed. That's another 16 carbs, 2.5 pro, .5 fat and 72 cals.

With my scheduled plan that puts me at a total of Pro-176, Carbs-105, Fat-29, Cals-1409.

5:00-pre workout shake, 1 scoop protein

Shoulder workout: keep in mind my shoulders are little bitches right now!!
side lateral raises-12 1/2, 10, 10, 10 4 sets at 12 reps each
45 angle incline lateral raises- 20, 10, 10, 10 I could only do 5 frickin' reps but they really burned bad!!
dumbell press-15, 20, 15, 15 12 reps on each set
upright rows-40, 30, 30, 30 12 reps on each set

Ab workout

incline sit ups-3 sets 6 tut 10 reps each
hypers- 12 1/2 lbs, 3 sets 6 tut 10 reps
hanging leg raises-KILLER!!! 14, 10, 10 (so hard but feel good)

7:00-45g. sugar/PWO shake 1 scoop

at about 8:45-9 I'm going to have 4 slices of FF turkey and 1 tbsp. PB.
 
3/18/05

6:00am-HIIT cardio on empty stomach. Elliptical trainer for 30 minutes at 8 cycles, level 15 for 45 secs, level 2-4 for 75 recovery. Kicked my butt!!!! I notice a much bigger difference now that I do my cardio in the early mornin' as opposed to before i started this plan and did my cardio after work.

8:00-3/4c.egg beaters with 2 sl ww bread

10:45-1/2c h2h cereal, 1.5 scoops whey protein shake

I'm going to a Spurs game tonight!!!!! I'm so excited but I'm gonna have to take my PB and turkey with me and eat it in the car tonight otherwise I will miss my meal!

1:00-4 Sl. FF turkey breast, 1 tbsp. natty peanut butter.

4:30-1 scoop whey protein shake

5:30-30g sugar/1 scoop whey protein

I'm logging my later meals now because I know that's exactly what i'll be having until my turkey and pb tonight. my glucorell-r shipped and should be here on mon or tues of next week so i can't wait to start taking that. Can dandelion root be purchased in any store??? I don't think i've ever seen it anywhere but then again it's because i've never looked for it. Thanks!

11:30-pre workout shake, i had to sub a shake at gym because i ran out of my powder :( (Cals-170, Fat-1, Carbs-3, Pro-35)

12:00-arm workout

1:15- post workout meal-3/4c. egg beaters, 2 sl. ww bread (Cals-210, Fat-2, Pro-26, Carbs-22)

4:30-4 sl. FF turkey breast, 2 tbsp. peanut butter (Cals-310, Fat-16, Pro-32, Carbs-6)

Totals so far (still have 3 more meals)-Cals-690, Fat-19, Pro-93, Carbs-31


I need to get some more carbs in today, I missed out on some carbs from my cereal because i left my box of Kashi at work! bummer.

Hey shadow-I did some of that "vigorous interval HIIT" cardio today too...if you know what i mean....gotta love my boyfriend since he helps up my cardio!
TMI, i know.

9:00-protein shake

12:00-3/4 c. egg beaters with 2 sl. whole wheat bread

2:00-30 g. sugar/ protein shake

went swimming through the river and got a good workout!! I was so worn out that I came home and took a nap after I ate.

4:00-4 sl. FF turkey breast, 1.5 tbs. peanut butter

7:00-grilled chicken ceasar salad (no croutons or cheese)
