yippeee! my protein is here and I got some dandelion root.

1:45-1.5 scoops whey protein (catching up since I didn't replace my protein this morning)

5:00-pre-WO shake 1 scoop whey protein

6:00-leg workout. My pulled muscle or knot or whatever it is in my left butt cheek is really bothering me so i couldn't do lunges or step up but everything else seemed fine. I did ass to floor squats and felt nothing but the normal muscle work.

7:00-PWO shake and 30g. sugars

8:30-4 sl. FF turkey breast, 1 tbsp. peanut butter.

Supps. CLA, Omega3, dandelion root, Aminosculpt(collagen), multi-vitamin, still waiting on glucorell-r....32 oz. water

8:00-3/4c. egg beaters with 2 sl.whole wheat bread...more water

10:30-1.5 scoops whey protein shake, 1/2c. heart to heart cereal, 32 oz water.

12:30-4 sl. FF turkey breast, 1tbsp. PB., (another omega3 gel supp.)

I'll be doing back and ab workout today at 6:00 and I am so pumped for some reason!! I love that feeling! I'm sore from my leg workout and cardio yesterday too!

Stiff arm pulldown-55/15x 4 sets
Pullovers (first time doing this-PROPERLY)-20/15reps 3 sets
Seated rows-60 x15, 50 x15, 50 x15
Wide Grip pulldowns-60 x15, 70 x15, 70 x15

Abs-5 sets of bicycles and hip raises SUPERSET
leg raises on a bench with my bum off of the end-does that make sense? I was lying on my back and holding on with my hands next to my head and at the top of the move, lifted my hips up and then brought them back down parallel to the ground-3 sets of 15. WOOWEE! I"m gonna be hurting tomorrow!!!

8:30-4 slices of FF turkey breast and 1.5 tbs. natty PB.
 
Wednesday 3/23/05

6:30-HIIT 45 secs at 9.0mph, recovery 75 secs at 12incline(the highest this particular treadmill went) at 4.5mph. That was my first time bumping up the speed for the intensity to 9.0 so it felt great. Thanks Bunny for putting 10.5mph goal in my head!!! I'm on my way! ;)

M1@7:15-3/4c. egg beaters, 2sl. whole wheat bread. Pro26, Carb22, fat2, cals210

M2@10:00-1/2c. cereal, whey protein shake w/water. Pro37.5, Carbs21,fat1.5, cals252

Thanks Bunny!! You should've seen my little legs go! :jump: The treadmill smelled like burnt rubber :rolleyes: i'm so kidding but it really did feel great to get my heart rate up like that.

M4@2:00-navel orange (is this bad to throw in because I was really craving some fruit and I wasn't sure if I should follow the fat (PB) with sugar from the orange?) it hit the spot though :)

M5@4:30-Preworkout shake, 1 scoop whey protein.

10 pushups and could do no more!

6:45-30g. sugar, PWO shake whey protein 1 scoop

8:30-1 tbsp PB, 4 sl. FF turkey breast

7:15-3/4c. egg beaters, 3 sl. whole wheat bread (had a pukey feeling in my stomach this morning so added an extra sl. of bread), 32oz water.
