wrist pain getting worse

Excerpt: My wrist pain keeps getting worse and worse especially as I add more volume. I am getting concerned, it isn't anything that bothers me in day to day life, but when i lift weights it gets bad. it is an annoyance and effecting my training so i want it fixed. should i take a pain killer before my workout or what?

    wrist pain getting worse

    My wrist pain keeps getting worse and worse especially as I add more volume. I am getting concerned, it isn't anything that bothers me in day to day life, but when i lift weights it gets bad. it is an annoyance and effecting my training so i want it fixed. should i take a pain killer before my workout or what?

    the best thing to do is simply stop fucking with it. if it hurts don't do it. you can still workout without using your wrist other lifts.

    You really want to rest it and let it heal. Without knowing exactly what is injured it is hard to say what else to do besides maybe ice and rest.
