Workouts for specific results:

I'd like to make a workout designed to get me stronger and faster and more powerful, but without the bulk of bodybuilding.

Bruce lee for example, was real defined, fast, and powerful. He could bench 300+ but had small pecs compared to some huge body builder who can bench the same amount.

How do I develop my workout to gain all that strength and power and speed without makeing me huge?

* Plyometric excersises is supposed to be good (like jumping down and then up again)
* Speedexcersises with resistance from therabands
* Sprinting
* Therapyball excersises

Hmm

That'll get the speed alright, what about strength though? I have a bench and weight set, what type of workout should I do to increase strength without increasing size too much?

Also, I'll need to try Isometrics probably...

I've read several articles about it, one was in a book showing his training techniques (i'd use that but lost it!) and another was in a book that was a biography
