Wasn't too bad I took things light. This is my first time going to the gym after doing strongman trainging though. Hopefully it will be just as easy when we do Tire Farmer's Axle Deads Sled Drag and Stones as it was from just Doing Stones Farmer's and Drag.
Deadlifts 10x3 250lbs
Walking Dumbell Curl 10x3 30lbs
Shrugs Static Held 10x3 80lbs
Over all worked up a nice sweat with no problems.
