I´ve recently bought a bar for my training. I previously only used dumbells for my shoulder presses, should I switch to barbell presses? would they be more effective? Also, should I do them in front or behind my head?
Any other cool exercises for the shoulders? I do reverse flies, front raises, lateral raises, shrugs and upright rows.
