Working shoulders, traps delts...

Hi

I´ve recently bought a bar for my training. I previously only used dumbells for my shoulder presses, should I switch to barbell presses? would they be more effective? Also, should I do them in front or behind my head?

Any other cool exercises for the shoulders? I do reverse flies, front raises, lateral raises, shrugs and upright rows.

Here is an awesome barbell routine:

1. Standing Push Presses - 3 x 5-8
2. Up Right Rows - 3 x 10-12
3. Barbell Shrugs 3 x 5-8

On the up right rows, make sure your grip is wide and make sure upper arms remain parallel to floor in top position

This is the ultimate blitzkrieg!!
