i woke up today with a pretty shitty cold, i feel all out of it and havent lifted in 2 days. i been eatin vitamin C lately like its my job, but it aint helpin. what are your guys thoughts about working out while sick? granted i wouldnt do it if i had the flu or something but with a shitty cold would u guys work out? i really want to but at the same time i feel kind of shitty. just discussion here.
