    Working out while injured ?

    Do you guys think itís important to be working out around injuries for example Iíve broken my wrist and wanted to at least work my lower body. Do you think it promotes healing to workout versus just resting ?

    pro athletes get injuries and miss games right? they are being paid millions, look at Pat Mahomes. you are just a gym rat. you have to rest man. working around injuries is fine, but it still is stressing the body out and will slow recovery. doesn't mean you shouldn't do it but just saying

    Working around injuries is fine, but make sure to rest and not exacerbate the wrist issue

    You'd only be able to train legs if someone else put the weights on. So rest.

    Depends on the severity of the injury. I usually do for mild injuries

    If you train around injuries its fine. Main thing is dont aggravate the injury you have and set yourself back
