Working out with weighted vest?

Has any of you guys looked to workout with an added 15-20 lbs vest ? I was curious to know if there is any advantage to doing this ?
 
If you're doing cardio and bodyweight training, they can make the workout even more intense for sure. For a normal weight training workout, there is no need for them.

For some exercises - chins for example.
 
I would use added weight or resistance for certain exercises but I would focus primarily chin up or dips. I wouldnt focus on wearing it for everything!
