Excerpt: I have a slightly torn rotator cuff and it causes inflammation to go down my arm sometimes I can still work out on it but if I go too heavy I'm sure it's going to tear has anyone had a similar issue and how did you work out on it and what was the end results did you end up tearing it fully

    Working out with a slightly torn rotator

    I have a slightly torn rotator cuff and it causes inflammation to go down my arm sometimes
    I can still work out on it but if I go too heavy I'm sure it's going to tear
    has anyone had a similar issue and how did you work out on it and what was the end results did you end up tearing it fully

    yes and that inflammation is gonna get worse and worse. you need to rest and hope it heals on its own otherwise it could tear where you need surgery

    I wouldnt workout with something torn or hurt at all
    better take time off and only work lower body and cardio
