Excerpt: I have a slightly torn rotator cuff and it causes inflammation to go down my arm sometimes I can still work out on it but if I go too heavy I'm sure it's going to tear has anyone had a similar issue and how did you work out on it and what was the end results did you end up tearing it fully

    Do not push past a rotator cuff issue. You will just make it worse and never recover. You need to take time off and let it heal. If not, you will regret it.

    You need to take time off to recover before you injure it any more
