Working out with a broken foot

    Hey guys,

So I had fractured my foot a month ago but military docs suck and I was just treated for it Wednesday and now Iím in a boot. They said I made it worse because I was still running on it and walking around and working out legs and shit (I didnít know it was fractured because the pain went away after the 1st week 1/2) but itís fractured in 3 different spots.

i can train all the upper body i Want they said just no legs. Is there something I can do cardio wise with a fractured foot to keep going with this cut? Iíve been doing 1 hour of weights then 20-30 minutes of stair master everyday and Iíve been getting very very lean in short time. Is there something I can do to replace stair master or treadmill?

your endurance will come back once you are healthy. stick to what you can do and get healed up

keep in mind the more you exercise the more you take energy away from your foot healing

You need to give yourself time off, you can always end up making things worse trying to overdo it.
