Will this work? losing body mass, gaining muscle/strength

I know it takes some work to pull it off. but would staying on my current diet: 300gs+ of protien a day 600g's of carbs and 100 fat. Cutting out all carbs after 7:00
combined with 3 sessions of morning cardio before eating
Could i drop down to 10%bf from 17 over the course of 20 weeks, and still gain muscles at a respectable rate, or close to the rate im gaining it now. Im training naturally as well.
 
what are your stats?

how long have you been eating like this?

are you doing acardio now or just adding it in?
 
6'0 205 lbs. 17% bodyfat... im not sure if this is right or my preconceptions about bodyfat were wrong. as far as apperance goes, you can see a clear six pack on me when my abs are flexed/in good lighting. Im 20 yo benching 270, squating 330,

Currently working on a 3 day DC style split, going to work with something more westside/strength oriented soon.
 
you will be able to drop some body fat with that IMO

but everyone is different, so how much you will drop is uncertain

i say go for it, and make adjustments as needed, but do not do anything to drastic

looks like you have a decent base set up
