When i look straight at myself in the mirror with my arms down, i notice i have skinny arms in width....meaning right above the horizontal crease above the forearm are skinny (i dont know if thats confusing). but it looks kind of funny because my forearm is so much wider then above it. Looking directly in front of me or behind me looks very skinny but not so much at a side angle. Is there any excercises i can do to specifically widen that area?
One more question....im trying to shave off a couple pounds on the stomach for abs. My best bet would be to run 3-4 times a week along with ab excercises right? I dont want to run too much because i am still tryin to bulk up. My stomach and obliques are really where im only trying to loose a little.
