wide shoulder training

Excerpt: right now I am 21 years old and in college. i'm over 6 foot tall but only 134 pounds. my chest is the classic bird chest that gets made fun of by everyone. i have been working out for a year and not much of a change so far. what are some tips for building up my chest/shoulders so i can get it wider.

    wide shoulder training

    my tips is stick to the big compound lifts for another year and be consistent, the gains will come just be patient. not everyone blows up fast

    Definitely eat more food and work on the compound movements. Bench press is going to be your go to exercise for now. Hit it at different angles too.
