There three younger guys in the gym who have HUGE upper bodies. Well put together. They all three have legs that are barely larger than my arms, ok, maybe somewhat larger. The one who has somewhat larger legs has calves that are only about 3" long. It's mostly because of how he does weight is my guess. He'll get on the calve raise machine, pin it at 495 and bounce along reps of 15 for a < 1" range of motion. Then will drop 90lbs on the seated calf raise and do bounces for the same rep range. Sad.
