Who has been doing HIT consistently over a year

Impressive. Karma to you. How important were the 2*8's? I've just begun a 5*5 workout but im skipping on the 8's at the moment. Is it really worthwhile adding them?

Honestly don't know. I've never tried it. Mind you what I posted worked for ME. How it would work for you I can only guess.

Assertive, personally I would keep the 2 excersises of 2x8-10's. Like Needsize has mentioned before you might reduce them for arms but personally I've found them critical for my program. It's the difference between getting a blow job where she spits vs one where she swallows...it's a small thing but when she swallows it makes the experience all that much more fullfilling.

Needsize would be a better guy to ask that question to anyway. He's the 5X5 expert on this board.
