right now i train fast and slow twitch fibers. this is for bulking and cutting, the only thing i might do is while bulking do 3 heavy sets and 1-2 higher rep sets, and for cutting 2 heavy 3 lighter. what also worked good for me when i tried the higher reps in the past, is to not only change the number of reps, but especially the tempo, and the rest time. changing the reps+the rest time is the only way to really turn it into more of a cardio kinda workout, because that way your heat rate is up from the time you warm up on the treadmill, till the time you do your post cool down on the treadmill.
