Whether yoga can really lose weight?

I practice yoga for a month, but I found that my weight did not decline, although every day I lost a lot of sweat.
I listen to my coach: yoga can lose weight, but I did not lose weight, how can I do?
 
Have you ever tried Hot Yoga?

If you are not losing weight simply from Yoga. Check other things that may be preventing that such as your diet. Doing additional cardio.

What else are you doing aside from Yoga?

This thread should be in a different forum category though.
 
Diet first, weight training/resistance training 2nd then add in some yoga and you'll have a good combination for fat loss.

Oh, and be sure to manage your stress and get adequate sleep.
