when do you workout?

Excerpt: I've found that working out in the morning vs. evening is completely different. in the mornings i am more fresh but kinda tired and don't get in much carbs before training. in the evenings the gyms are more packed but i am usually a bit run down from my day job. when do you work out ?

    when do you workout?

    i like to workout in the morning and be fresh. plus i like to workout fasted so my body is light

    if i have to workout late in the day due to scheduling issues that is something i would go back to if i needed to

    I have done both and find the mornings much better. I am fresh and it sets me up right to have a good day. At night I prefer to wind down as I get closer to bed, not to be ramped up.

    I I workout 5 am every day fasted. Been doing that for many years

    I prefer mornings after some coffee and a light breakfast. Evenings only if I have to.

    I usually work out right after work, however at the moment gyms are still closed so I workout with dumbells at home whenever I feel like it.
