    Abs will probably win as the least favorite of most people, I feel like I am that skinny guy from n'sync when I do crunches.

    I look forward to working every bodypart because I want to become stronger every workout. My favorite are my legs, because there my weak part. I'm always looking forward to training them again. I wish I could train them 3 times a week, but I know better.

    Hate to train calves because they always cramp and when you're doing heavy weight its very dangerous. Hate to do biceps because theey burn so much, the pain doesn't go away like it did with other bodyparts when I started training. And finally abs, because lowerback takes a beating.

    Least FAV.......shoulders(always popping and hurt like hell...lol)

    love Bi's and chest equally...

    hate abs...don't really like legs too much either.
