whats the best side deltoid exercise?

i was doing barbell rows- cuz everyone does them, but I feel them more in my biceps for some reason (wtf?). I do this:

military press (standing)
Arnold press
Front plate raises
side deltoid raise (dumbbell)
bent over flies (rear delts)

HUH???????? Barbell rows are a back exercise bro.....re-phrase your ?
 
I think you are asking about the medial head of the deltiod. Several of what you list actually hits them (military press, lateral raises).
 
yeah, i meant upright barbell rows. oops :p . so the exercises are A-ok then?
 
you feel it more in your biceps most likely because your elbows aren't flared out enough. keep the weight tight to your body and stick your elbows out. you definately won't feel it in your bi's then :)
