How long have you been training? From your profile looks like your bf is a little high, can you put on muscle as easily as fat (mesomorph or endomorph)? A lot of what will work for you is going to be discovered through trial and error. Experiment with the different routines (and actually stick them out for a couple of months). As for putting on muscle, that's only going to come from protein consumption. You gotta make sure you're getting at least a gram of protein per lb of bodyweight. All the training in the world won't help you grow without the right diet. Another major factor to consider is your genetics. Everybody's body responds differently and their maybe certain muscle groups that you'll find easier to develop. This again, you will discover by trial. Just work hard and stay consistent...you'll start to identify your weak points and how to compensate for them.
