What time do you work out

I was reading a study about working out late in the evening and how it can affect your sleep it has a lot to do with oxygen, adrenaline, and how your body spits out hormones. My question is for those of us who work a hefty schedule is it okay to still getting a workout late or should I try to change things
 
I prefer to workout in the morning when I got most energy
and evening I just do cardio
 
Hell brother I work 3 jobs I usually don't get to go workout untill 9pm or so everyday and I sleep good . I don't get enough because I'm back up at 530am but what I get is good .

Early. The body can and will adapt. However, late is NOT ideal.
 
Any time is fine, as long as you adjust your schedule. Workout should be finished 4 hours before going to sleep
