Simple, lets say I am performing incline presses using 275lbs.
I am able to get 9 good reps, then I rack the weight for 10 seconds. I unrack the weight and pump out 3 more. At the top of the movement (slightly below the lockout position) I will hold the weight for as long as I can before it starts to sink. When this happens, I perform a 5 second negative rep. Overall, a very good high intensity technique.
