What`s hurting my shoulder? I`m doing this...

I squat and either stiffies or good mornings THEN I go to shrugs Then I do bi`s and tri`s. for tri`s I do Close Grip BP

Could it be the shrugs I throw in there after legs? or the CGBP?

I do back like this on another day. Chest/back Rows, pullups, face pulls, rear (bent)laterals

on another day , Deadlifts then shoulder presses. Then I do cleans.

Pain in the left shoulder, I`ve never felt it before.

I`ve also never done cleans or facepulls. I warm up enough and using light weights for now.

Yes, You may be right. There are so many things that are`nt in the right place and can squeak by but are still questionable.

I think the whole thing overall is contributing to it as well.

I will add that I do cleans like this, Grab barbell at wiaste height, And clean up to pressing position, then back down. That`s it. I don`t really know the correct term of that.
