What routine should i follow when cutting?

hey!! does anybody have any workout routines that are great for cutting on a monday wednesday thursay friday split. thank you! l8er.!.
 
oh..i unno...i was just seeing if there were a point to change..yes did mean lifting lol..and im currently doin DC trainig and am about to start cutting next month!
 
Experienced bodybuilders will often increase the frequency of their workouts pre-contest when cutting for a show to help get leaner, but unless you know what your're doing, you'll just end losing half your muscle.

Keep it simple and focus on diet changes to get cut

if you believe that being in an anabolic, positve calorie balance, helps your recovery. THEN you will not be recovering as well when cutting. so cut volume a bit when cutting.
