You dont have to write it all out for me, but i cant find it anywhere. I know what kind of diet is most important for muscle, and i know HIIT training is good, but how do you put these two together? And how long do you have to run for the benefits or just losing fat and not losing muscle? If theres any link i can read up on that you have you can just paste it, im not trying to be lazy i just cant find it. Thanks..
