what kind of split routine?

Excerpt: I知 looking to do a 2-5 days split routines. The reason is I get annoyed and the same routines get old to me. I知 also switching up my gyms to a new place that is smaller and less crowded so I will have more freedom to choose what I want to do. Can you give me some advice to get things going?

    what kind of split routine?

    I知 looking to do a 2-5 days split routines. The reason is I get annoyed and the same routines get old to me. I知 also switching up my gyms to a new place that is smaller and less crowded so I will have more freedom to choose what I want to do.
    Can you give me some advice to get things going?

    push/pull/legs is a simple 3 day split. once you get more advanced you can split up those splits lol. usually pros do 4 or 5 day splits

    i do 3 day split now
    1 day upper body
    1 day lower body
    1 day full body
    with cardio

    i mix it up, some days i even do full body. just depends on my mood. i like to be flexible but i never train big muscles more than twice a week

    Try different things but for me, a push/pull/legs has always been my comfort zone.

    I do 2 days cardio, plus day upper body, day lower body, day full body
