what is a glenn pendlay row?

In short, they are bent rows where your upper half is parallel to the floor. You deload the bar onto the floor for each rep (instead of touch and go).
 
To add to that, you're also supposed to explosively row the bar to your upper abs/lower chest while arching your upper/middle back (think pulling the shoulders toward your hips) but w/out arching/moving your lower back/hips. That last part takes some getting used to.
 
i usually do them somewhat exactly like u said.

I bent keep back parrarell about 90 Degrees, then i pick head up/put chest out as much as possible, I do these w/o moving, I always loved doing bent over rows since it involes alot of AB stabalization.
