What is 5x5 program ?

I was curious if you can explain to me what does the five-by-five program mean?
and don't tell me to look it up because I did and there's about a hundred different explanations for it. I'm looking for the actual workout program and also what would be your opinion on somebody doing this who is new to weight training or is it just for experienced people

Actual program? 5 sets of 5 reps. That's it. Pick a movement and apply.

Warm up 1st. The 5 x 5 are WORK sets.

Anyone can do it.

One more thing. Chose how you ASK. I'm never keen on helping the demanding type. And if you had 100 answers and couldn't figure it out you're gonna struggle with the 10 more you get here
 
5 sets x 5 reps
i do all heavy 5 sets with low reps
