Westside questions???

I'm on the second week of training Westside. So far it's going good, but I have a couple of minor questions. First off, how often should I max out on my 3 main lifts? Second, are good mornings better than doing regular squats on ME days? If so, why? Or, what other excercise can I do on ME squat day?
 
Max out at meets, If you dont compete then you could max every 2-3 months.
Good mornings are better then squats on ME day because it makes your posterior chain very strong. They are good for both you squat and deadlift.
