I will be starting westside training in the fall. It looks like buying the seminar video will cover everything I need to know. Should I bother with the individual bench, DL, and squat tapes?

The Westside Seminar Tapes should be all you need. I believe the videos are the most recent tapes and the most comprehensive. A solid purchase.

I have a lot of the individual tapes. They are great, and very inspirational, but the Seminar's are more up to date and advanced. Well worth it in my opinion. Should get you off on the right foot.
