Feel kinda crappy today, usually workout after 6, but today went at noon with a bad night of sleep and a disgusting shake that kept coming up WTF. Also felt my right pec as if it was close to tear, been like this for 2 weeks now, but only on my second exercise for chest usually, weird shit.
