lately when I flex my biceps this sort of bump comes out of my right bicep. it started off like pea size and now it's a bit bigger than an almond. I'm getting concerned because it gets bigger as my arm does.
I follow a balanced diet and I highly doubt I'm overtraining. Right now I'm sitting around 8% bodyfat and just starting to gain weight, so I'm curious as to what it will do.anyone know what this might be ?
Also, do weight gainers have some sort of ingredient in them that makes you hungry? I bought some N-LARGE2 today, and I wasn't even hungry and had half a serving. 10 minutes later I was craving all sorts of food, so I made myself some pasta and finished the serving. I was full for all of 5 minutes, and had to go get some beef jerky and cheese jsut to keep myself full.
