Weird problem with my routine, HELP!

hey guys, here is my workout routine and my problem!

mon- chest
tues- back
wed-shoulders/ forearms
thurs- biceps/ triceps
fri- legs!!!

My problem is, after working out from mon to thurs, I feel too tired to work out fri or sat, and I dont want to workout sunday because I need to be fresh and rested up for monday to work chest the next week.

So then I tried this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mon- chest
tues- back
wed- BREAK
thurs-shoulders/forearms
Fri- biceps/triceps
Sat- Tried to work legs but I was too worn out!

Then sunday is a break day so im fresh for monday again!

Whats wrong with me? It seems I can only kinda work legs once every 2 weeks?

I have been working out for 6 years but i have just started about 6 weeks ago working out one body part a day to change my routine, but just cant seem to comfortably fit in legs. Any suggestions?
 
why not

mon chest/tris
tues legs/forearms
wed rest
thurs back/bis
fri delts/traps
sat off
sun off
 
or better yet, why train instinctively instead of having specific days for specific bodyparts.
 
good replys guys, I usto train instinctively, I did almost everything, It was all good, but now im trying this. BigDog, Im gonna try the routine you gave me it sounds awsome. thanks!
