Weird problem with my routine, HELP!

Excerpt: hey guys, here is my workout routine and my problem! mon- chest tues- back wed-shoulders/ forearms thurs- biceps/ triceps fri- legs!!! My problem is, after working out from mon to thurs, I feel too tired to work out fri or sat, and I dont want to workout sunday because I need to be fresh and rested up for monday to work chest the next week.

    Weird problem with my routine, HELP!

    hey guys, here is my workout routine and my problem!

    mon- chest
    tues- back
    wed-shoulders/ forearms
    thurs- biceps/ triceps
    fri- legs!!!

    My problem is, after working out from mon to thurs, I feel too tired to work out fri or sat, and I dont want to workout sunday because I need to be fresh and rested up for monday to work chest the next week.

    So then I tried this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    mon- chest
    tues- back
    wed- BREAK
    thurs-shoulders/forearms
    Fri- biceps/triceps
    Sat- Tried to work legs but I was too worn out!

    Then sunday is a break day so im fresh for monday again!

    Whats wrong with me? It seems I can only kinda work legs once every 2 weeks?

    I have been working out for 6 years but i have just started about 6 weeks ago working out one body part a day to change my routine, but just cant seem to comfortably fit in legs. Any suggestions?

    mon chest/tris

    wed rest
    thurs back/bis
    fri delts/traps
    sat off
    sun off

    or better yet, why train instinctively instead of having specific days for specific bodyparts.

    good replys guys, I usto train instinctively, I did almost everything, It was all good, but now im trying this. BigDog, Im gonna try the routine you gave me it sounds awsome. thanks!
