Weighted pull ups

I started using a weight belt for pull ups and dips and have found great increase in reps from it. What can i do to increase all my lifts like that?
 
weight belts are great, but don't over train with that. mix up your workouts with and without being weighted down so you don't tear up your shoulders/elbows

as far as what else you can do. resistance training works great. that is why you need to lift to grow muscle
 
I started pull-ups on a counter balanced machine at the gym with like 80 pounds subtracted from my weight LOL
so your doing way better than I did

You could start wearing a weighted vest to do the exact same thing with push ups, squats, walking lunges etc :)
