    What do you guys think about weighted dips and pull ups? I was curious to know if its an advised workout or not?

    i used to do them all the time. however as you get older you run the risk of herniated discs and rotator issues if you over train with them

    I really like weighted dips/pull ups.

    I am a big fan of free weight exercises. You will get way more out of pull ups then lat pull downs

    Great exercises that are not done nearly as much as they should be.
