Weighted dips/pull-ups

I think a minimized yet complete upper body routine would be this:
chest dips
overhead press
rows
pullups

No you don't need bench
 
you been reading my training journal? that's pretty much my upper body workout.

bench might develop the pecs more than dips if you use an elbows out grip.. but the potential shoulder problems arent worth it imo
 
Well if you do the Deadlifts as a lower body exercise you don't need Row and Chins. Rich you feel you real need the OHP if you do BP or Dips ?
 
If all I had for upper body was a chin stand and a dip stand...I could get by for a few weeks. I'd eventually get weaker and smaller though.
